Just a shoutout for the employees at Andre's. My wife and I had moved our vehicles in preparation for the street sweeper, and one of the Andre's folks showed up and parked in the spot. I asked him if he could move to let the street sweeper get the spot (there were a lot of leaves!), and without hesitation he jumped in and moved. He even helped deal with a highly unprofessional street sweeper who (longer story). So, shoutout to the awesome Andre's crew that was working in west Napa on Dec. 16. To Andre's management, you have a great team representing you out in the field. Next time I need work done, you guys are at the top of my list.

I appreciated the quick turnaround and flexibility on appointment times. The guys did a great job and were respectful and even took the time to clean up particles that dropped from the attic. I’m glad I signed up for the annual plan and would definitely recommend!

Drew was quick and efficient, and diagnosed the issue with our air conditioning immediately. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue in layman’s terms so we were able to understand what he was fixing. I was recommended this business by a local Mom’s group who had so many good things to say about their honesty, thoroughness, and reasonable prices! Needless to say, we will definitely be calling again if we have any issues. 🙂

Our 25 year old Bryant HVAC furnace blower went out of service and Andre’s Air responded to repair it quickly. Drew was polite, competent and efficient. Checked the system out after the repair and pronounced us good to go. Happy to have these guys in the area.

Andre's Air was professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and options at different price points. When it came time to replace ducting under our house, the crew was on time, courteous and cleaned up after finishing the job, all in one day.
